..and the 1972 Miami Dolphins are breathing a little easier.

Normally, here´s where I´d be talking about the games, and the playoffs and so on and so forth. Unfortunately, our connectivity here in Mazatlan is not quite what we were expecting, and the usual multi-hour process of reading the recaps, watching the highlights, and writing for a while just isn´t going to happen today. Sorry! Perhaps next week.

But I will mention the 35-7 crushing that the Redskins gave the Cowboys yesterday. If they can beat the Giants next week, they might actually have a chance at a wild card. There, I said it.

I've set the list to allow postings from anyone who´s subscribed to it... so if one of you would like to step up and write the monday morning mailing (Luke´s done a great job in the past), please feel free.

I encourage you to get together at Beale Street Bar and Grill to watch the Packers and the Ravens tonight. We'll be at The Saloon, in La Zona Dorada in Mazatlan. And we'll raise a pint to you.

The over-under is 33.5.
The 13-12 (!!) smart money takes the over and the Ravens -3.5
